Part-Time Supply Chain Student

Position Overview

As a Part-Time Student in Supply Chain Integration and Continuous Improvement at John Deere, you will support the Moline, IL facility. This role is designed for students currently enrolled in an accredited university or college.

What You Will Do

• Assist in supply chain integration projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements.
• Support data analysis and reporting for supply chain operations.
• Participate in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma activities.
• Document current processes and help develop standardized work.

What It Takes

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work part-time (up to 20 hours per week) during the academic year.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
