John Deere is seeking a motivated intern to join our Accounting and Finance team. This internship offers hands-on experience in financial operations and accounting practices within a global organization.

What You'll Do

• Assist with financial reporting, data analysis, and month-end close processes.
• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.

What It Takes

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and financial software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
