Order Management Intern (Santa Clara)

As a key member of the NVIDIA Business Operations team, the OM intern will support order management from input to completion and coordinate with various teams to provide timely support and resolve order-related issues.

What you will be doing

• Manage sales orders from input to completion, including entering orders in SAP, checking their accuracy, and monitoring order status to keep the process efficient.
• Track all received data and source documents, with a strong focus on data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to address and resolve order-related issues.
• Handle order fulfillment process management and order delinquency management.
• Work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and critical deadlines.

Internship hourly rates are set based on the position, location, year in school, degree, and experience. The hourly rate for this role is 20 USD to 71 USD. Interns are also eligible for NVIDIA internship benefits.
