At Converse, each person brings their skills and passion to a changing world and helps make things better as part of a team.

Who You'll Work With

The Global Merchandising Footwear team turns product strategy into experiences for Converse consumers around the world. This role reports to the Director of Global Merchandising, Chuck Taylor, and works closely with Global Product Management, Marketing, Planning, Channel Merchandising and Marketplace teams. It also keeps strong alignment with the Mens/Unisex and Womens footwear businesses.

Who We Are Looking For

Converse is looking for a consumer-focused Merchandising Graduate Intern who cares about product and is curious about culture. You pay attention to how people move, express themselves and engage with the world, whether the product is footwear, apparel, furniture, toys or anything else designed with intent.

You are a collaborative problem solver who leads through influence, takes accountability and approaches every challenge with a learner's mindset.

What You'll Work On

As a Merchandising Graduate Intern, you will work with your team to drive seasonal and long-range merchandising strategies. You will connect consumer insights, marketplace opportunities and business priorities to create meaningful growth.
