Join the Small Commercial Portfolio Management team and spend your summer solving real problems, working with experienced professionals, and turning data into insights that influence how we grow and manage the business.

This hands-on internship is built for curious, digitally fluent students who like to dig into data, ask good questions, and communicate what they find. You will contribute to real business initiatives and build skills that will serve you throughout your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with data projects by helping collect, organize and analyze business data related to pricing, growth, distribution and performance.
• Turn data into insights by identifying patterns and trends and joining discussions about how data informs decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, working alongside portfolio managers, underwriters, analysts and sales partners to see how different roles contribute to business outcomes.
• Create visuals and presentations by building simple dashboards or slide decks that communicate findings clearly.
• Explore AI in action by learning how AI is used in insurance, such as predictive modeling and automation, and assisting with research or analysis involving AI tools.
• Grow professionally by attending team meetings, training sessions and intern events to build industry knowledge, confidence and a network.
• Own a real project tied to an actual business priority, then present your findings and recommendations to Small Commercial leaders.
