  • Support technical troubleshooting, structured problem-solving, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and equipment recovery activities.
  • Take part in equipment upgrades, modifications, qualifications, and improvement projects, including creating or improving SOPs and troubleshooting documentation.
  • Work with Process, Manufacturing, Facilities, Quality, Maintenance, and supplier teams, and share technical findings and recommendations with stakeholders.
  • Apply AI-supported data and equipment health insights, where appropriate, to assist with equipment analysis, troubleshooting, and performance improvement while following applicable safety, quality, cleanroom, and manufacturing standards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Willing and able to work in a semiconductor manufacturing and cleanroom environment, including wearing required PPE and cleanroom garments and performing the physical activities needed to access manufacturing equipment.
  • Demonstrated analytical and structured problem-solving skills through coursework, labs, research, projects, or previous work experience.
  • Experience analyzing or interpreting technical data through coursework, labs, research, projects, or previous work experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to document technical work, communicate findings, collaborate across teams, and learn new engineering concepts and tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Coursework, labs, research, projects, or internship experience related to semiconductor manufacturing, high-volume manufacturing, equipment maintenance, reliability, or process improvement.
  • Experience or coursework involving robotics, automation, mechanical or electrical systems, vacuum systems, or industrial controls.
  • Experience applying Statistical Process Control (SPC), statistical methods, or data-analysis tools to engineering or manufacturing problems.
  • Exposure to equipment qualification, validation, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience using AI, machine learning, or data-analysis tools on engineering problems through coursework, research, projects, or previous internships.
