Department Overview

The Digital Solutions and Enterprise Applications team builds software platforms that support business operations, automation, and digital transformation across Micron. The team uses modern software engineering practices, AI technologies, and cloud-native solutions to deliver scalable applications that improve productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency.

Position Overview

As a Software Engineering Intern, you will help design, develop, and support software solutions that address critical business needs across Micron. You will gain hands-on experience building full-stack applications, AI agents, automation solutions, and enterprise platforms using modern development tools, cloud technologies, and AI-enabled engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance software solutions that improve business processes, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Build and integrate AI agents, intelligent automation, and Model Context Protocol (MCP)-enabled applications that support business workflows and decision-making.
• Develop full-stack applications using modern programming languages, databases, APIs, and web technologies.
• Create monitoring, reporting, and analytics capabilities that provide operational visibility, usage insights, and system health metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions while supporting continuous improvement and AI-enabled development workflows.
