Role Responsibilities

• Work closely with build and test technicians to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Execute time studies on the build and test lines.
• Lead small manufacturing process improvement projects.
• Develop and update operation method sequences (OMSs).
• Support manufacturing engineering with part defect root cause analysis and processing.

Minimum Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Good academic standing with a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Quick learner with willingness to acquire new skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering experience in a development or manufacturing environment.

Salary Range: $28-32 per hour

The salary offered will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other compensation such as bonus and stock award programs.
