Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is looking for a Summer 2027 Systems Engineer Intern. In this role, you will elicit and document requirements, manage changes and compliance assessments for those requirements, and support the architecture of systems. You will also support preliminary and detailed designs, verify and validate system requirements, and manage risk. The ideal candidate has experience or knowledge of system design and engineering development, along with strong written and oral communication skills.

Candidates must be US citizens and the position requires a government security clearance. It is located at a facility that requires special access.

This role involves assignments in technical and engineering organizations (such as Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, Facilities Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering) during breaks from college while enrolled in an accredited degree program.
