Why This Role Matters

What happens when decision enablement, data, and process come together to help organizations make better decisions? We connect business strategy, decision science, data, process excellence, and emerging technologies to help leaders make more informed, transparent, and scalable decisions. This role supports priorities within both the Decision Enablement strategy and the GRA AI Excellence Program.

Ideal Candidate

You are curious about how organizations make decisions and how emerging technologies shape the future of business. You enjoy connecting people, technology, and ideas to solve problems. You may not want to build AI systems yourself, but you are excited to understand how AI creates value, supports decisions, and helps organizations work differently.

You are interested in the business side of innovation, comfortable working with diverse stakeholders, and motivated to help shape how people and technology collaborate in the future.
