Analytics Co-Op in Horsham PA

Janssen Pharmaceuticals, a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is recruiting a Strategic Insight & Analytics Co-Op for March 2027 through August 2027. The role is based in Horsham, Pennsylvania and is primarily analytics-focused. It offers close work with the Finance organization, which makes it useful for co-ops interested in the Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP).

The Strategic Insight & Analytics co-op supports automated performance dashboards, management reports, and ad hoc analyses across the Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine portfolio. You will work with the sales and marketing teams and the Strategic Insights & Analytics team to synthesize and deliver secondary data accurately and on time. You will also help maintain data integrity through partner collaboration, data investigations, and strict Quality Control (QC) processes.

The Co-Op Program is a six-month program that gives college students practical business experience. Participants build leadership, technical, and communication skills while applying classroom concepts on the Johnson & Johnson data analytics team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze secondary data sources to answer specific business questions as they arise (ad hoc analysis)
• Create, refresh, process, and analyze performance trends through automated dashboards or data tables
• Collaborate with internal and external partners on national and subnational reporting data results (deliverables)
• Conduct analyses that offer key insights and address critical business questions to support strategic decisions
• Support market research projects as needed

This position is overtime eligible. Co-Ops and Interns may be eligible for Company employee benefit programs, such as medical insurance, sick time, and holiday pay, under the terms of the applicable plans.
