Labcorp is seeking an IT Operations Intern to join our IT Operations Instrument Configuration team in Indianapolis, IN.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the CLS Full Lab IT Audit, supporting the Indianapolis Lab move project.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Information Technology, Business, or Life Science.

• Interest in chemistry, biology, or related laboratory sciences.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow laboratory procedures.
• Eagerness to learn new laboratory skills and scientific concepts.

About the Team

The IT Operations Instrument Configuration team is responsible for the successful deployment and onboarding of laboratory systems, PCs, and instrument controllers across our global laboratory network. We coordinate with Cybersecurity, Networking, Architecture, Vendor Management, Testing Enablement, and business stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of laboratory technologies. Our team ensures that solutions are deployed securely, compliantly, and efficiently.

Internship Details

• Duration: 12 weeks, full-time.
• Dates: May 24, 2027 to August 13, 2027.
• Compensation: Paid internship; relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.
• Eligibility: Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (Dec 2027 through June 2029 graduation) currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
