Responsibilities

• Help write and refine product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for agent run-times, orchestration layers, and platform integrations.
• Track delivery milestones, flag blockers, and keep status updates current across engineering work-streams.
• Support customer discovery and stakeholder interviews by coordinating logistics, taking notes, and synthesizing findings.
• Help prepare launch materials, field enablement content, and executive briefing decks.
• Help track and report KPIs related to product adoption and customer value across portfolios.
• Prepare clear status updates and progress summaries for senior leadership.
