Work experiences you could be exposed to

• Market Dynamics: Conduct primary research and work with dynamic teams to help clients navigate market trends and refine competitive strategies.
• Operational Excellence: Support operational improvement by designing models for a seamless client experience that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Support workshops, meetings, and interviews to understand and document requirements, working with diverse teams to capture and synthesize essential information.
• Project Exposure: Gain hands-on experience shadowing product teams and enterprise-wide data integrations. Contribute to data analytics assessments and take part in cloud migration and system implementations across major platforms.

The primary internship program runs May to July 2027 (10 weeks).

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a university degree with a strong academic record. Preferred majors: Computer Science, MIS/IT, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal skills that support collaboration and relationship building while managing dynamic workloads in an agile environment.
• Initiative and passion to seek new knowledge and improve skills, with a growth mindset that welcomes diverse viewpoints.
• Leadership experience and the ability to communicate effectively through active listening, with readiness to take ownership of tasks and challenges.
• Interest in one or more types of consulting: strategy, application, business transformation, or experience.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Ability to understand clients' needs and challenges and identify solutions with a creative and logical approach. Foundational quantitative analysis skills and the ability to develop data-driven recommendations.
• Familiarity with programming, cloud technologies, AI tools, and Agile ways of working through coursework, personal projects, internships, or other hands-on experience.
