The HR Professional should be an ambassador for our HR model to deliver business growth efficiently and effectively. They should have a passion for learning, sharing expertise, and coaching, as well as a desire to provide the best client experience possible.

Responsibilities

• Engage with leaders on HR matters, provide leadership coaching, and ensure a delightful client experience.
• Coordinate with HR functions on the deployment of manager enablement of HR offerings.
• Co-create the transformation of HR offerings and the client experience via elimination, simplification, and automation.
• Build expertise across all HR offerings while developing deeper knowledge in one or more offerings.
• Understand the business context and talent strategies to develop cross-BU strategies.
• Collaborate as one HR team, working across different business units, HR functions, markets, and geographies.
• Support talent squad initiatives to drive adoption and consistency of HR programs and processes.
• Partner with leaders to implement initiatives and enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Support change initiatives by coordinating communications, timelines, and leader readiness.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred but not required). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proficiency using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge in analytics and data analysis. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Passion for learning and continuous development, as well as commitment to sharing expertise with colleagues.
