Future IT Leaders Program

This role is part of the Future IT Leaders Program, a three-year rotational development program designed to support our future leadership pipelines. Early Careers complete three 12-month assignments across Corporate IT Shared Services, gaining broad exposure to different technology teams, business challenges, platforms, and ways of working. Through hands-on delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and progressive ownership, Early Careers develop the technical breadth, business perspective, leadership capabilities, and enterprise network needed to grow into future IT leadership roles.

About the Role

Honeywell Technologies is hiring Recent Graduates from Bachelor's and Master's degree programs to join our technology teams. Are you ready to get inspired as you take on impactful projects, build business skills, and interact with management? You'll help solve real-world challenges and work with managers in your field on meaningful projects that directly relate to key Honeywell Technologies business goals.

Location: This position is located in Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC. The exact worksite location will be selected based on business requirements and the candidate's relevant experience and qualifications.

Salary: The annual base salary range for this position is $68,000/yr - $115,000/yr. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell Technologies considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

Minimum Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science/Analytics or a similar field of study from an accredited college or university.
• Must have graduated from an accredited college or university between December 2026 and May 2027 and be available to begin full-time work in January 2027 or July 2027.
• Foundational proficiency in Python programming and software development.
• Clear written and verbal communication, collaboration, stakeholder engagement, curiosity, and willingness to learn unfamiliar technologies.
• Hybrid work schedule: For the first 90 days, new hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.
