Job Description

Students or recent graduates of college, university, or other accredited academic programs in Mechanical Engineering assist with tasks tied to their field of study. This includes research, team initiatives and projects, problem-solving, and creative thinking, giving hands-on experience and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Support senior team members on technical projects assigned by the business unit.
• Take part in team activities, including meetings, and learn project methodologies while collaborating with colleagues.
• Keep learning about new technologies and methods relevant to your work.
• Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities from your supervisor in a timely and efficient way.
• Join periodic reviews to share updates and apply feedback on your projects and initiatives.
• Focus on solving electronics cooling problems, improving test methodologies, and automating parts of the testing environment.

Knowledge and Skills

• Knowledge of heat transfer and fluid mechanics.
• Familiarity with programming languages or technical tools such as LabVIEW is relevant to the role.
• Familiarity with lab equipment and tools.
• Strong interest in high-tech and a passion for learning.
