As a state and local Government Operations Intern based at Rocket Lab's site in Littleton, Colorado, you will have the opportunity to learn about the internal priorities of Rocket Lab and understand the processes by which the Government Operations team implements a strategy to achieve these priorities with state and local governments.

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor's, master's or doctorate program in Business Administration, Public Policy, Political Science or related field and have at least one semester of school remaining post internship.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• 3+ months of corporate function experience within the areas of state and local government, elections, policy or corporate Government Operations.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

• GPA of 3.5 or above.
• 6+ months of corporate function experience within the areas of Government Operations.
• Knowledge of legislative process.
• Knowledge of space policy.

Additional Requirements

• Able to work full-time, on-site for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks beginning May or June 2027.

Compensation and Other Benefits

• Pay Range CO: $22.00 USD Hourly.
• You may be eligible for a stipend to subsidize relocation costs.

The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience. Base salary is only one part of Rocket Lab's compensation package for this role.
