About Digital Products
Digital Products owns the definition, development, and delivery of GM's digital products and the customer experiences delivered through mobile applications, back-office platforms, and connected services. The organization brings together OnStar & Customer Experience Platforms and Digital Vehicle Experience and works closely with Vehicle Products to deliver digital contributors to the vehicle experience.
Interns can work at the intersection of software, hardware, vehicle systems, and customer experience. You will learn from experienced engineers and technical leaders, contribute to hands-on work, and see how connected and software-defined vehicle experiences are built and validated.
About the Opportunity
Digital Products is looking for embedded and systems engineering interns interested in how software, hardware, controls, and vehicle systems work together. Depending on the team, you may contribute to low-level software, real-time systems, hardware/software integration, simulation, diagnostics, or test environments that help accelerate vehicle software development.
Assignments may include developing, integrating, simulating, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting components or systems used in engineering and validation.
