You will use data, clinical insights, and new ideas to support strategies that improve affordability, access, and care.

What You'll Do

You will work with pharmacists, clinical strategists, and business partners while learning about pharmacy benefit management, drug evaluation, and healthcare market dynamics.

  • Support the review and analysis of medications across therapeutic categories.
  • Research new drug launches, pipeline products, and emerging clinical trends.
  • Collect, organize, and summarize clinical, financial, and market information for formulary strategy discussions.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze formulary and utilization data to identify trends and potential opportunities.
  • Take part in cross-functional meetings with clinical, strategy, account management, and operations partners.
  • Support special projects related to formulary management, pipeline monitoring, and clinical program development.
  • Contribute to process improvement and knowledge management initiatives.

Schedule and Work Arrangement

This is a full-time summer internship (40 hours per week) running from May 24 through August 13, with flexibility based on university schedules. Interns may work onsite on a hybrid schedule, spending three days per week in the Bloomington, MN or St. Louis, MO office and two days remotely if local to those areas. Those outside those cities may work fully remote.

If you work from home occasionally or permanently, your internet connection must be cable broadband or fiber optic with speeds of at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload.
