HR Service Intern (Year Round)

As an HR Intern in the HR Service Department, you will help bring our HR Service Vision to life: We Care, We Understand, We Resolve.

HR Service is the main point of contact for associates across the US and Canada. We help customers work through HR topics such as Compensation, Benefits, Training & Development, HR Technical Systems, and Payroll.

We partner with Bosch HR Business Partners and HR Process Owners to support the rollout of HR initiatives. We teach managers and associates HR processes and HR technical tools, and we help troubleshoot when issues get complicated. Every day we communicate with customers and solve problems in real time. When a need falls outside our team, we work with other HR teams for additional expertise until it is resolved.
