Engineering Academy Associate Engineer
The Associate Engineer is an entry-level engineering role for recent graduates in the Engineering Academy, a structured two-year development program. Participants join a cohort of engineers and gain hands-on experience through project assignments, cross-functional collaboration, technical training, mentorship, and rotational learning across the engineering organization.
Associates contribute to real engineering projects while building technical, analytical, business, and leadership skills. Throughout the program, participants receive coaching, mentorship, and formal development opportunities aimed at accelerating their growth and preparing them for future engineering roles.
