The Opportunity

At Adobe, our mission is to empower creatives, marketers, and IT professionals with application-based products that change how they work and help them reach their business goals. The Technical Pre-Sales (TPS) organization prepares customers to buy Adobe's integrated solutions by understanding their business needs, defining and validating their technical requirements, and showing their ideal future state with Adobe technology.

The Enterprise Architecture (EA) team sits within TPS, and this role supports that team.

Learn More about Enterprise Architecture

The Adobe Enterprise Architecture team works directly with customers to understand their current technology architecture and usage, assess how well it supports their larger business objectives, and design a future-state architecture that supports their long-term marketing vision.

You will learn how the team operates, how it works with customers, how real customer problems map to Adobe software solutions, and which key results the team is responsible for delivering. You will also help support and shape the growing team's operational strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Learn to connect customers' business problems with Adobe's solution offerings to show value to customers and their businesses.
  • Work with cross-organizational partners, including sales teams, solution experts, digital strategists, and customer success managers, to develop solutions that help customers through each stage of the sales cycle.
  • Gain experience analyzing current-state technology and developing high-impact recommendations for future-state technology.
  • Learn to build custom architecture diagrams and phased implementations that show how Adobe technology can support customer objectives.
  • Create presentations that communicate technical information and architecture mapping in terms of customers' business needs.
  • Use Agentic AI technologies to improve current offerings and help design for customers' evolving digital landscapes.
  • Help brands take advantage of digital and agentic transformation so they can deliver personalized experiences across devices and channels by aligning with Adobe Customer Experience Orchestration solutions.
