About the role

Interns do meaningful work that contributes to the business from day one. The nine-week summer internship program runs June through August and lets students bring their ideas and perspectives to real projects alongside Zillow teams.

Interns build hands-on experience, connect with mentors and leaders, and take part in learning and community experiences with their intern cohort. Our 2027 internships are based in Seattle and follow a hybrid schedule, with interns generally working together in person Tuesday through Thursday. Eligible interns may receive a stipend to help offset summer housing relocation costs.

As a Software Development Engineer Intern at Zillow Group, you will work with people who are passionate about our product. Through mentoring from fellow developers, you will gain broad experience across multiple functional areas, building a well-rounded computer science career. You will work on real problems and ship your code.
