As a Research Intern, you will work directly with world-class machine learning scientists, statisticians, and technical innovators. You will work at the forefront of statistical machine learning, applying novel research to large, high-dimensional data sets. Working alongside other Members of Research Staff, you will have a lasting impact on the field.

Responsibilities

• Work on complex problems with a research team that has collectively published hundreds of academic articles in top-tier venues on machine learning, systems, and theory.
• Apply your expertise in statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or operations research to challenging problems in a fast-growing technical field.
• Develop predictive models and other components of automated trading systems.
• Take part in work ranging from data preparation and model development to production software implementation.

Interest in financial applications is essential, but prior experience in finance is not a primary factor in our hiring.
