Electrical Engineering Intern in Goleta, CA

As a 2027 intern on the Electrical Engineering team at Raytheon Vision in Goleta, California, you will help develop electronic products while meeting size, weight, power, reliability and cost requirements. You will work alongside more senior engineers on tasks that may include digital and analog hardware architecture, schematic capture, design analysis, simulation, parts selection, and hands-on laboratory validation and troubleshooting of complex electronic assemblies and systems.

What You Will Do

• Support the design and development of high speed digital hardware for Raytheon Vision Systems (RVS) aerospace and aeronautical imaging products, along with the test equipment used for those products.
• Take part in developing schematics, card layout and circuit analysis using standard design and layout tools.
• Work with a cross-functional team of mechanical, test, firmware, systems and manufacturing engineers to build electronics design solutions for RVS imaging products.
