Summer 2027 Intern Customer Experience

Are you interested in an internship with Philips? We welcome students currently pursuing an undergraduate (BS) and/or graduate (MS) degree to join our paid 3-month internship at our Cambridge or Nashville site. Interns get firsthand exposure to the full marketing mix, including advertising, analytics, account based marketing, branding, campaign planning, communications, digital and ecommerce, and product launch and strategy.

You will take on varied tasks and projects that are critical to the Marketing function at Philips, and you will have the chance to offer strategic business recommendations based on what you learn.

Your role

• Use AI-powered tools to analyze customer feedback, spot trends, and produce actionable insights that inform marketing and service strategies.
• Work with advanced AI analytics platforms to process and interpret unstructured data, uncovering patterns that drive marketing and service decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing, service, and customer support teams to identify and share best practices for customer engagement.
• Support initiatives that build direct connections between frontline staff and customers.
• Help monitor the closed loop process for customer feedback, and engage internal stakeholders through improvement initiatives and feedback sessions.

How we work together

We believe we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in person at least 3 days per week. This is an office role.
