As a Part Time Student in the Technical Information Innovation and Strategy team, you will support the development and implementation of innovative technical information solutions. This role is based in Ames, IA or Urbandale, IA.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and management of technical documentation and information architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze technical content requirements.
• Support the adoption of new tools and processes for technical information delivery.
• Participate in projects focused on improving user experience and information accessibility.

What It Takes

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college program.
• Strong interest in technical communication, information science, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of content management systems and documentation tools.
• Ability to work part-time (up to 20 hours per week) during the academic year.
