What You'll Do

• Assist in optimizing manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Support time studies, line balancing, and capacity analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Participate in data collection and analysis for continuous improvement projects.
• Help develop and maintain standard work documentation.

What It Takes

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work part-time (up to 20 hours per week) during the academic year.
