Northrop Grumman is seeking a Cyber Systems Engineer intern for its Mission Systems Sector in Roy, UT. The selected candidate will join Northrop Grumman's Mission Systems team and work with an interest in cyber security.

Basic Qualifications

Candidates must meet all of the following:

• Be a full-time student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college or university, and be enrolled full time in Fall 2027
• Be majoring in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) degree
• Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2027
• Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a prerequisite) and Program Special access within a reasonable time, as determined by the company
• Have the ability to obtain a Secret/TS clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Overall cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher
• Computer skills: Python 3, Java, C#, C++, Linux, SSH, MATLAB, Autodesk Inventor and Maya, LabVIEW and Multisim, Zebra Inventory Management Systems, Microsoft and Google Office Suites
• Current Secret/TS clearance

Intern pay range: Bachelor's $18.50 to $33.50 per hour; Master's $26.25 to $41.50 per hour. The range is a general guideline, and the final offer depends on the scope of the role and the candidate's experience, education, skills and market conditions. Employees may also be eligible for overtime, shift differential and a discretionary bonus. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, a savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off.
