This internship is part of Northrop Grumman's Supply Chain organization and is based at the Mission Systems sector in Baltimore, MD or Redondo Beach, CA.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier delivery and quality performance tracking
• Support functions that provide business forecasting
• Work with the Business Operations Manager to pull and analyze data for the GSC Division
• Coordinate with internal partners to develop competitive and non-competitive sourcing strategies
• Review and compare bids and proposals and place Purchase Orders
• Evaluate multiple supplier proposals to place compliant purchase orders
• Extract, monitor, analyze and validate data from multiple sources
• Build collaborative relationships with suppliers and internal partners and customers to resolve problems

Preferred Qualifications

• Cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher
• Previous internship, co-op or other work experience, leadership and teamwork, interpersonal communication, and professional, community or extracurricular activities
• Keen interest in the Global Supply Chain functional group
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau and Microsoft Office, including Excel formulas, pivot tables and PowerPoint

Intern Pay Range

Bachelor's: $17.50 to $31.50 per hour. Master's: $25.00 to $39.25 per hour. Pay is standardized based on expected graduation date, the cost of labor in the location, and whether the internship is technical or administrative.

Travel: up to 25% of the time. No relocation assistance is available. No security clearance is required to start.
