Northrop Grumman is seeking a Business Management intern to join the Aeronautics Sector Intern Program with a focus on Facilities. This onsite position is based in San Diego, CA.

The selected candidate will support functional areas such as facilities, logistics and purchasing, or a specific project, business or technical unit. The intern will work closely with facility engineers to coordinate contractors on capital projects by submitting and tracking purchase requisitions, scheduling work in buildings and tracking invoices.

As an intern, you will take part in a summer internship program to build skills across several areas, which may include:

• Gathering, recording, tracking and verifying data and information from multiple sources.
• Compiling and reviewing data while working with vendors, contractors and service providers on maintenance, repair and special projects.
• Using software to compile reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations, and designing processes to improve workflow.
• Providing data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.

The position requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance and Program Special access. The clearance type listed is Secret, and travel of about 10% of the time may be required. Relocation assistance may be available.
