We are seeking Mechanical Engineers for an internship in Ocean Springs, MS. The selected candidate will join our Marine Systems Business Unit, a leading provider of launcher systems, propulsion systems, and power generation systems for naval submarines and surface ships.

Basic Qualifications

A candidate must meet ALL of the following criteria:

• Be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited college/university and remain enrolled full-time in Fall 2027.
• Be majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
• Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2027.
• Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) and Program Special Access within a reasonable time as determined by the company.

Preferred Qualifications

• Overall cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher.
• Experience with Computer Aided Design (CAD), such as SolidWorks, NX, etc.
• Experience or coursework related to Machine Design.

Intern Pay Range

Bachelor's: $18.50 to $33.50 per hour

Master's: $26.25 to $41.50 per hour

Intern pay rates are standardized based on anticipated graduation date, geographic labor cost, and whether the internship is technical or administrative.
