This is the Associate Analyst, Identity Access Management role in the Launch Program 2027 in St. Louis, MO, US.

About the team

The Resolution Squad is a mission-critical IAM operations team. It delivers high-impact, high-trust resolution services that uphold IAM standards, protect enterprise assets, and give teams timely, secure access. The team focuses on four strategic pillars: Operational Precision, Proactive Risk Management, Strategic Project Execution, and Knowledge Stewardship.

What we're looking for

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or accelerated Master's degree, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional support
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, tools, and best practices gained through coursework, internships, academic projects, or extracurricular activities
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies and security practices
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to team objectives

Compensation and Benefits

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. Base salary may vary based on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Full-time benefits generally include insurance (medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life), flexible spending and health savings accounts, paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave), 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation and 5 personal days (pro-rated from hire date), 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays, a 401k with company match, deferred compensation for eligible roles, fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities, and tuition reimbursement. Interns generally receive 56 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, jury duty leave, and on-site fitness facilities in some locations.
