JJT Co-Op Program Overview

The JJT Co-Op Program offers a full-time technology learning and work experience at a leading healthcare company. Your application and area of interest determine which of our positions is the best fit. Co-op assignments run for about 6 months, from March 29, 2027 to August 20, 2027. The program also serves as a feeder pool for our Technology Leadership Development Program (TLDP) for full-time roles after you complete your degree.

What You'll Do

• Analyze structured and unstructured data to find insights for process improvements, optimizations, automations, and shift-left opportunities.
• Support Application Maintenance initiatives.
• Drive automations that improve reliability and quality and lower costs, using JNJ automation and GenAI tools.
• Standardize and automate daily processes and checks.
• Support collaborative data analysis and help ensure data quality.
• Deliver continuous service improvement (CSI) work, including learning at least one automation tool and delivering the design or solution.
• Apply engineering design concepts to problem solving and opportunity analysis.
• Help Engagement Managers understand operational support metrics and share feedback with development teams.
• Help implement GenAI-enabled observability.
• Support problem management by identifying root causes of incidents in a timely way and tracking preventive measures.
• Work with business partners, product owners, developers, SaaS vendors, and architects to build reliability into platform solution design.
• Identify and own CSI opportunities.
• Contribute to a team with mentorship from Managers and Engineers.
