Internship Overview

As an intern supporting our Software Engineering Customer Experience team, you'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced technology operations environment. You'll help ensure critical systems, devices, and services are delivered and supported effectively across the organization.

Program Details

• Paid internship
• Full time / 10 weeks
• Position based out of Colorado
• Networking, access to executives, structured performance and coaching
• Experiential learning and training provided by subject matter experts

Responsibilities

• Assist with software deployment and installation activities.
• Support hardware and equipment inventory management.
• Help analyze operational support metrics and performance trends.
• Help document and standardize installation and support processes.
• Develop reports and dashboards to improve visibility into operational performance.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using AI and digital tools.

Preferred Skills

• Interest in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with data and creating reports or dashboards.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Curiosity for emerging technologies, AI, automation, and process improvement.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment and manage multiple priorities.

Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package as part of our Total Rewards. The pay range for this position is $17.33 - $28.88 per hour, determined by factors including performance, experience, skills, equity, and geographical markets.
