What impact you'll make

As a student of the Aero Services Fulfillment Organization, you will be an active contributor ensuring we deliver quality products to our customers on-time. This includes identifying process improvement opportunities, developing standard work documentation, and streamlining the connectivity between work streams to improve project delivery efficiency.

Job Description

What you'll do (Job Responsibilities)

• Analyze existing fulfillment processes to identify gaps and bottlenecks in project execution.
• Develop and document standard work procedures to ensure consistent project delivery and compliance leveraging best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to map and connect project work streams from initial order to final delivery.
• Assist project managers in tracking project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Collect and analyze performance data to support data-driven process improvements.
• Participate in root cause analysis sessions to resolve recurring fulfillment challenges.
• Assist in the creation of visual management tools or dashboards to improve project visibility.

What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process inefficiencies.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to work at our Houston area Level 4 repair shop for the duration of the internship.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
