About the Program

The Engineering Development Program is a two-year rotational program designed for early-career engineers. Participants gain broad experience across multiple engineering disciplines while contributing to real-world projects.

What You Will Do

  • Rotate through different engineering teams and locations to build a strong technical foundation.
  • Work on engine systems design, analysis, and testing for agricultural and construction equipment.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers on product development and performance optimization.
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development activities.

What It Takes

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong academic record and demonstrated leadership potential.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
  • Willingness to relocate to different locations during the program.
  • Previous internship or co-op experience is preferred.
