What You Will Do

What It Takes

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field).
• 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering (internships included).
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and factory operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Knowledge of lean six sigma methodologies.
• Internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing setting.
