The Role

The Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) is looking for an intern to join the team in Summer 2027. CIP is responsible for hardware design and improvements to released products.

Responsibilities may include:

• Creating and editing technical documentation.
• Assisting with soldering and desoldering components.
• Analyzing and reviewing power and signal schematic diagrams and creating redlines for CAD.
• Troubleshooting issues hands-on at the factory and analyzing problems alongside Senior Engineers.
• Using test equipment to gather and analyze data.

Program Dates

The 2027 Summer internship runs from Monday, May 24 to Friday, August 13.

The salary offered will depend on factors such as location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Candidates may also be eligible for other compensation, such as bonus and stock award programs, where applicable.
