About CrowdStrike

CrowdStrike is a global cybersecurity leader that protects the people, processes and technologies behind modern organizations. Since 2011, the mission has stayed the same: stop breaches. The company runs large scale distributed systems that process almost 3 trillion events per day, and that volume grows every day.

CrowdStrikers enjoy flexibility and autonomy and are expected to help build a culture of responsible AI adoption, experimentation and innovation. The team looks for people with a strong passion for innovation, a commitment to customers, the community and each other.

About the Role

CrowdStrike is looking for self-driven technical analysts who want to protect organizations from the most advanced attackers. The CrowdStrike virtual security operations center gives analysts a wide range of experiences, including detecting and responding to incidents in real time for customers.

This role is open to candidates located in either the Pacific (PST) or Mountain (MST) time zones.

Is This Role a Fit?

  • You have a passion for cybersecurity and want a career defending organizations from sophisticated threats.
  • You are self-motivated and want to build your skills quickly.
  • You want meaningful work that matters to customers.
  • You have a foundational background in IT or information security.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • You are interested in the evolving role of AI in security operations, including AI models, prompt engineering and agentic SOC workflows.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the primary first point of contact for customers, with clear, concise and professional communication.
  • Produce high-quality written and verbal findings, recommendations and communications for customers and internal teams.
  • Triage, investigate and respond to security alerts across endpoint, identity, email and cloud environments.
  • Analyze EDR telemetry, log sources and forensic artifacts to determine the scope of a compromise and support remediation.
  • Investigate suspicious Microsoft 365 activity, including business email compromise (BEC) and adversary-in-the-middle (AITM) attacks, contain the threat and give customers actionable guidance.
  • Develop and improve processes for incident detection and countermeasure execution.

Schedule

Candidates must be willing to work a 4x10 schedule, including one weekend day.

Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike
