About the Internship

The Culture & Communications Intern supports initiatives that foster connection and engagement, playing a key part in shaping the employee experience. This role collaborates across HR, Marketing, and internal teams to amplify our employer brand and keep our global workforce informed and inspired.

Key Responsibilities

• Internal Communications: Draft, edit, and publish engaging content for internal channels to keep teams informed on company news, benefits, and cultural initiatives.
• Employee Engagement & Events: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of virtual and in-person employee events, town halls, and team-building activities.
• Culture & Recognition: Assist in managing employee recognition programs and celebrating milestones.
• Feedback & Analytics: Help administer and analyze pulse surveys or post-event feedback to gauge employee sentiment and measure the success of internal campaigns.

What You'll Need

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Business, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related program.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Experience dealing with confidential and sensitive information.

Travel Requirements & Working Conditions

• Minimal travel.
• Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office.

Location and Schedule

This internship is primarily a remote opportunity. However, if you are located near one of our office hubs, you are welcome to work in a hybrid capacity and utilize our office spaces. The Spring 2027 internship runs from Monday, January 4, 2027, with a maximum of 15-20 hours per week.
