Internship: Sales Analyst

About the Role

The Sales Analyst Intern supports various internal teams, including Sales, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Success. Activities include sales data analysis, contract renewal engagement, revenue retention support, reporting and dashboarding, and data cleaning.

What You'll Do

• Perform sales analytics and reporting tasks to support sales team performance management.
• Build reports and dashboards in multiple reporting tools (Salesforce, BI Tools, Excel).
• Promote process improvement for new and existing processes.
• Validate and research sales-related activities to achieve high data integrity.
• Build working relationships across the organization to better integrate Sales Operations with teams we support and that support us (e.g., other Sales divisions, Services, Customer Success, IT, Data Science, Finance, Accounting, Legal).
• Support the sales team in data collection and interpretation to drive increased sales production.

What You'll Need

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be actively enrolled in a degree-seeking program in Business or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technically savvy with high competency in Excel, Word, Google Docs, etc.
• Strong communication and leadership skills demonstrated through leadership roles in community, school, or other programs.
• Professional, outgoing, energetic personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Attention to detail and follow-through.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
• Experience using Excel, Word, and Google Docs is a plus.
