The PROPEL internship is a 12-week professional development experience for rising seniors. It is designed to build the skills, training, and experience you need to succeed at Cisco, and it gives you a supportive place to learn how Cisco powers the internet and connects people, devices, and systems worldwide. As a PROPEL intern, you join an energetic community that wants to see you do well. You will get a behind-the-scenes look at many roles within Customer Success, which helps you explore career pathways and find where your talents fit best.
You will work alongside talented, passionate people in the Recurring Revenue Acceleration (RRA) organization, which helps customers get the most out of the technology that keeps the world connected.
This program is your launchpad into Cisco. You will learn about the 'LAER' model (Land, Adopt, Expand, and Renew), which keeps customers successful over the long term. You will also do real work. You will use AI tools creatively to turn technical data into business results, help bridge the gap between sales and delivery, and shadow mentors and senior leaders to see what your future career could look like.
Cisco is reshaping how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era and beyond. For 40 years we have innovated to build solutions that power how people and technology work together across physical and digital worlds, giving customers strong security, visibility, and insight across their digital footprint.
Our technology gives us the depth to experiment and build meaningful solutions. Together with our global network of experts, you will see that the chances to grow are wide open. We work as a team, collaborate with empathy, and make big things happen on a global scale. Our solutions are everywhere, so our impact is everywhere.
U.S. employees are offered benefits subject to Cisco's plan eligibility rules. These include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, paid parental leave, short and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Eligible employees may also receive grants of Cisco restricted stock units. Paid time away includes paid holidays, paid sick time, and paid vacation, subject to Cisco's policies.
Individual pay is based on hiring location, market conditions, skills, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and training. For locations not listed in the posting, the recruiter can share compensation details during the hiring process.
