Role Responsibilities

• Work with the Regional Sales Leader and the Sales Operations team to learn and develop new standards and processes that improve productivity.
• Assist sales leadership in developing and maintaining a standard proposal template.
• Take part in ALC leadership teaming events and help implement action items.
• Assist with Salesforce data quality cleanup.
• Help develop and implement marketing strategies for Automated Logic Field (ALCF).
• Other projects to be determined.

Role Purpose

• Gain exposure to the Automated Logic Field Organization in the East Region.
• Understand the basic roles of sales, engineering, project management, field engineering and related functions.
• Build a potential pipeline for new hires after completing an undergraduate degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
• Ability to create and manage projects with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated to complete assigned projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Other Compensation

This position may be eligible for short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
