What you'll do

• Work on a challenging assignment or project in business operations to stretch your learning and skillsets.
• Analyze data to identify trends, propose improvements, and help solve operational challenges.
• Create intuitive tools and reports to help business functions better manage their daily operations.
• Support Aero New Units Execution teams in data-driven planning, process improvements, and project tracking.

What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)

• Enrolled in a full-time nationally accredited baccalaureate program in a technical field.

What will make you stand out (Desired)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and usage of AI tools (Co-Pilot, Claude, etc.).
• Minimum 3.0/4.0 overall GPA (without rounding).
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and programming languages like VBA, Python, etc.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine interest in improving operational efficiency and contributing to innovative solutions using skills in AI, data analytics, etc.
• Previous internship or project experience in operations or engineering.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $21 and $34/hr. The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
