The Skills You Bring:

  • Energy and Drive: A growth mindset that is curious and passionate about technologies and enjoys challenging projects on a global scale
  • Challenge the Status Quo: Comfort in pushing boundaries and the drive to manage projects beyond just tracking their completion
  • Learner: Constant drive to learn new technologies and architectures such as Hadoop, various databases, mainframes, cloud strategies, and networking technologies
  • Partnership: The ability to work well with multiple organizations simultaneously and identify solutions that meet the needs of all stakeholders
  • Organization: Prepared to actively manage multiple projects and tasks, each with varying scopes and stakeholders and ensure the details are accounted for in a final solution
  • We do not expect that any single candidate would fulfill all of these characteristics. For instance, we have awesome team members who are really focused on building scalable systems but didn't work with payments technology or web applications before joining Visa.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
