Overview

Job Description

As an Analog IC Design Engineer, you will help architect new TI products and turn customer visions into reality. You will define, design, model, and verify integrated circuits, with the chance to work across many exciting areas and alongside industry experts.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business teams and system engineering to develop mutually agreeable design specifications.
  • Provide high-level analysis on chip architecture trade-offs to ensure spec compliance and superior performance at a competitive cost.
  • Participate in design reviews and create necessary design and product documentation.
  • Supervise IC layouts to ensure high-performance standards.
  • Characterize prototypes, develop test specifications, and coordinate with test/product engineering to drive product releases.
  • Drive behavioral models.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Familiarity with PDK (Process Design Kits) and IC design workflows.
  • Exposure to Cadence Virtuoso and related EDA tools.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Ability to take initiative and drive for results.
  • Strong time management skills for on-time project delivery.
