About the Role:

Bizforce is seeking a highly detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with a strong background in engineering workflows. In this vital support role, you’ll manage project lifecycle processes, organize technical documents, and collaborate closely with engineers and project coordinators — all from the comfort of your home!

Key Responsibilities:

Intake new projects and revisions, assign project numbers, and organize documents in structured cloud folders.
Set up secure links for uploading/viewing documents and distribute project data to engineers.
Track project status and update project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
Handle completed projects by logging updates and moving tasks appropriately.
Manage tasks received via email in cloud storage and project tracking tools.
(Optional) Send finalized documents to clients via project coordinator accounts.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of professional data entry experience (preferably technical or engineering-related).
Strong skills in file management, data organization, and cloud platforms (Google Drive, Dropbox, SharePoint).
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.).
Ability to handle confidential documents with precision and care.
Excellent communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
Preferred: Experience working within engineering teams or technical environments.
