About the Role

As a Full Stack Engineer at BioSpace, you will:

  • Develop, review, and maintain code using modern TypeScript.
  • Build secure, scalable APIs to provide automated data access to customers.
  • Collaborate with the data team to integrate new datasets and machine learning models into the Biobot platform.
  • Create interactive, intuitive visualizations to present local and national wastewater trends.
  • Improve development workflows and automation tools to optimize the engineering process.
  • Occasionally assist with DevOps tasks (as the team shares infrastructure responsibilities).

This role is perfect for someone passionate about building robust systems and delivering meaningful insights through thoughtful design and development.

Tech Stack

While you don’t need expertise in everything, hands-on experience with some of these technologies will set you up for success:

  • Frontend: React, Ant Design, Visx/D3
  • Backend: Node.js (TypeScript), PostgreSQL, Snowflake
  • Infrastructure: AWS Suite, GitLab CI
  • Tooling: Terraform, Turborepo, esbuild
